EU and US Sanctions Against Iran Lifted

EU trade embargoes and sanctions first imposed in 2007, in 2010 further measures added prohibitions and yet more restrictions were imposed in March 2012 again extended in December 2012.

January 2014 seen an agreement reached to temporarily ease the trade restrictions in return for release of frozen Iranian assets.
