Geest Line has developed trade links between the UK and the Caribbean for more than 65 years. Today, it carries more cargo between Europe and the Windward and Leeward islands than any other shipping line. As a shipping liner agent, KC Liner Agencies support Geest Line to manage your consignments to and from the UK and Caribbean.
CARIBBEAN • UK
The foundations of the service lie in the shipment of bananas from the Caribbean. Historically ships returned in ballast, which provided the perfect platform for Geest Lines to establish a general cargo service back to the Caribbean carrying everything from small packages to large project machinery. This flexibility is maintained today with a wide range of diverse breakbulk and containerised cargo carried on the weekly westbound departures that sail from the Ports of Portsmouth in the UK and the Netherlands.
Geest Line operates four state-of-the-art vessels. It is the only shipping line sailing directly from the UK to the Eastern Caribbean, with no transhipments and the fastest transit times. It offers a wide range of cargo options, from containers to breakbulk and an industry-unique LCL Reefer service. The line also operates an effective Caribbean inter-island service.
Geest line offers a wide range of cargo options to best suit your needs. Whether you are shipping a pallet or a truck, require containers or special equipment including open top, flat rack containers, or reefers, KC Liner Agencies in partnership with Geest Lines provides the perfect solution.
