Over the past two years, like many organisations and individuals, we've faced challenges we could never have expected; the COVID-19 pandemic, lockdown, and rising living costs.
We've grown over that time and are now a 44-strong team, and with our move to new head offices, our growth trajectory is exceeding our initial objectives.
Throughout this, our team has shone and continues to demonstrate why it takes a certain kind of person to be a part of KC.

We have decided to reward their energy. Recently, with the rising costs of living, especially energy costs, the KC Leadership Team awarded every KC employee a £750 bonus payment to alleviate, a little, the pressures of today's living costs.
